In these days a lot of commercial and governmental companies strive to give better service to their customers via social networks methods like opening a facebook page, twitter account and more. The problem is that the customers don't have a convenient way of reporting problems they encounter with their services in real time as the problem arises.
This mobile app aims to bridge this gap and help users report their problems to the companies as they happen, in real time.
The user will be able to create a report about something that bothers him in everyday life. For example: long line at the supermarket, overcrowded service center etc. The report can contain a photograph, GPS location and free text input of the event. Then, the user selects where he wants to publish the report to (facebook, twitter…) and who to (his supermarket facebook page…). After hitting "submit", the report will be published to the relevant page. The user will then get a notification that the complaint was submitted and also a link he could follow the status of his complaint.
